About Ade
I've always enjoyed breaking down complex ideas. In middle school, I started tutoring other kids with their homework, and then in college I started a program for coaching kids from underrepresented schools.
Now I mostly teach math, sciences and coding.

First of all I try to understand how they learn. Many students learn in varying ways, so it's important to know if my student is a visual learner for example.
Next I conduct a bar-raiser test which is just to see how motivated the student is. This allows me know if they're self-driven or if they would need more assistance.
Finally I draw up a schedule and set goals for future sessions.
