About Ariel
The "Mindful Adventure" is an adventure of inquiry, meditation and insight. My work is in guiding others to realize all of the dimensions of one Self; undivided, whole and complete. How to get there? Be Here Now.
After 30 years of meditation practice, since age 6, (including exploring zen, tao and various methods/religions in both theory and practice) , I realized the Self as ever-present. All of this has led to me devoting my life to helping point others towards their own direct experience of this recognition. My approach is through the pathless path - incorporating teachings of Zen, Tao, Osho, Sri Ramana Maharshi and Krishnamurti.
A common issue in modern day exploration of spirituality, is that it is presented as some far away truth to attain. There are thousands of methods and practices, which also leads to self-realization, and there is also the art of Inquiry (in Satsang) which can be discovered in an instant. Either way, we are that Truth which we seek. And I'm happy to help point in the right direction - inwards.

In addition to the 30 years of experience in meditation, mysticism, and other religious studies and practices; I received a certification in Spiritual Coaching with the Transformation Academy, and I'm a certified Meditation Practitioner/Instructor by Priority Academy.

The mindful adventure begins with a free initial consultation, where you are free to come as you are - with a genuine desire to learn, discover and share. With honest conversations about what you really want in spiritual coaching, mindfulness/meditation, it's important that we work through all of the ideas and definitions that may arise when we go into "spirituality", "empowerment", and "freedom".
If this is something that resonates with you after the initial consultation, we can begin scheduling sessions in 2-4 session increments.
The initial consultation is 1 hour.
Regular sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes.
