About Margie
I have a serious daily meditation practice. I have been studying and attending meditation retreats annually for the past 12 years. I do not charge for meditation instruction. I share it freely as it has so benefited my life. I have taught at Mindfulness Meditation Centers for the past 8 years. In addition, I have a therapy practice that teaches people how to drive down the destructive emotions, anxiety, anger, guilt/shame & depression.
I work with meditation students online via Zoom which is free for students.
I love sharing meditation instruction as it has had such a beautiful impact on my life.
I have a serious daily meditation practice for the past 12 years. I study and retreat annually with Mindfulness Meditation Centers (MMC). I also teach classes for MMC in Denver & Evergreen. The instructions were shared freely with me, and I do not charge to teach meditation as it has so personally benefitted my life. I struggled a great deal when I first started meditating. It was very hard for me to sit. So I have wonderful experience in helping people who struggle and have hindrances to the process.

I would want to know what the student's experience in meditation is. We will discuss the benefits. Instructions on posture and the first foundation of mindfulness will be given. The student will start at 20-minutes and gradually increase the time.
