About Ann
I am a psychologist and certified mindfulness trainer through the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center of the Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Behavioral Medicine. I teach mindfulness full time to adults, teens and children through individual sessions or classes. I also teach at corporations, schools, hospitals and nonprofits. I started studying mindfulness in 2007 with various national teachers and became certified in 2015. This is what changed my life, so this is what I want to share with others!
Ph.D. in psychology. Certified in Mindfulness FAcilitation through UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center of the Semel INstitute of Neuroscience and Behavioral Medicine.
