In our free phone consultation we explore the student's intentions and expectations to see if this is a good fit. In the first session, we discuss your goals, teach some information about Breathwork Meditation and some likely experiences, and then facilitate the session for 1-11/2 hours. We complete by reviewing your experience.
With life coaching, we coach depending on your goals. The phone appointments can be 1/2 hour or 1 hour and the frequency is determined by the student.
