About Madhu
I believe that every individual has tremendous potential and great ideas, if only they are heard and given the right opportunity to excel.
I believe that people can flourish when they are heard and given options and I am passionate about the well-being of the people around me.
For me coaching is to help clients get unstuck by bringing them clarity and self-awareness to help increase the clients personal and professional performance, to reach their highest potential. I also believe that clients are resourceful and have greater potential.
The coaching will help the person, be more productive, manage time efficiently, and increase their performance, while also making sure that they have work-life balance, and have time for fun including their hobbies, friends and family.
Coaching shouldn’t make them feel like more work, instead, it should help them have control of their life and enjoy it.

I start with understanding clients struggles and what outcome they are looking for from the coaching while staying empathetic and non-judgemental during the process.
I help clients gain clarity, self-awareness and belief in their potential.
The first session is complimentry. The coaching sessions are 100% confidential, and I follow the AC guidelines for ethics.
Some of the example includes (not limited to these examples, these are just to give some idea), for the coaching session, based on what the client is looking for:
* Dealing with overwhelm and busyness, and to find work life balance.
* Improving health and well-being
* Rediscovering passion and joy in work
* Create a place to think out loud, creative problem solving in a supportive and collaborative environment.
* Help with navigating through challenges and address limiting beliefs.
* Develop self-awareness and confidence.
* Getting a handle on priorities, out of numerous options.
* Staying focused and relaxed while managing a large project
* Support to help them be an effective leader
Depending on the topis there could be some takeaways and actions. I help them be accountable for the actions before the next session enabling them with the ownership of their goals.
In the following session, we start with follow up for their actions which helps with the learning process leading to improved potential.
It is fulfilling to see the shift happening when clients gain the awareness and confidence and see new opportunities for growth.

During our sessions Madhu would ask me open ended and engaging questions. She would let me think for myself, come up with the solution to my areas of difficulty on my own. She would give me tasks to complete thought the week to hold me accountable to promote growth and change in my life.
She’s a great listener, Madhu takes a hands on approach in working with her clients and she adapts her teaching moments to the needs of her clients as well.
Madhu took the time to get to really know me prior to our first session, to establish the relationship and not jump right away into things.I like that it is self paced. Madhu is an amazing teacher, she always encourages you to do your best. Very positive and welcoming environment. After each session my mind and body feels so relaxed and rejuvenated.
