About Austyn
Affronti Fitness specializes in creating custom nutrition and training programs that are designed to fit each client's individual needs.
The reason we are different from most personal training gyms is due to the approach we take with our clientele. We train our clients from the inside out, not the outside in. Most trainers put all of their focus on the workouts and diet. They offer a very systematic approach. Yes, these areas are crucial if you want to have a successful transformation, but the main area trainers forget to focus on is the client themselves.
At Affronti Fitness we like to learn our client's habits, daily routines, and lifestyle. These are the areas that need work to ensure that a client keeps their results after they achieve them.
70% of people that lose weight gain it back. The reason behind this is simple, people make adjustments within their training and nutrition protocols but they don't make the proper adjustments within their lifestyle to maintain there results long-term. The key to a successful transformation is helping the client get in shape, but also teaching them how to correct the habits within their lifestyle to ensure that they continue progressing well after they're done training with you.
At Affronti Fitness we help our clients reach their goals, and we educate them in the process to ensure long-term success. We focus on helping our clients transition into living a healthier lifestyle as a whole.
Being a personal trainer has allowed me to help people create a better version of themselves both mentally and physically. Being able to help someone achieve something they didn't think was possible is an amazing feeling, and it gives me purpose within my career.
All of the trainers at Affronti Fitness are certified. Affronti fitness has worked with hundreds of clients and helped in the following areas training, nutrition, and lifestyle.

From there we explain the different programs we offer, and layout a plan we think will work best for the client's needs. The client can then decide which options best suits them.
