About Randy
We have a 3000+ sq ft facility with everthing needed for effective Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning for Sports.
Sessions are by appointment only, so every client gets one-on-one coaching, and the entire training area is dedicated to their session. No waiting for equipment, no distractions from other people training.
I enjoy helping people/athletes achieve their fitness goals, and I enjoy sharing my knowldge gained over 40+ years of training.
Certified USAW Sports Performance Coach.

We do, but it is flexible, depending on whether you train with us in 30min or 1hr sessions, how many times per week you train (typically 2-3 times wk), and whether you pay per session or choose to purchase a package of sessions to receive a discounted price.
