About Jay
Fitness has been the backbone to my life! After working for all of the major gyms and really solidifying my reputation here in Buffalo I decided to open my own fitness studio! Here we focus on quality! Whether you choose to work with one of privately or in a team setting you will feel comfortable knowing we put our all into every program and every person!
The thing I enjoy the most is my clients! I love my clients so much and my business has grown into a family! Watching my clients develope and reach their goals is the most gratifyng experience. There is no better feeling that watching people improve thier lives right before your eyes!
I, myself am going on 13 years as a fitness professional! And over those 13 years I have grown from the front desk attendent of the local gym to my very own studio and everything in between. From bodybuilding, competetive powerlifting to clients working towards general weightloss, I have had the liberty of acheiving so many accomplishments with clients. In addition to my experience, I have certifications from NESTA and NCSF.
