About Nikita
I have been a personal trainer for over a decade with a BS in Sport and Exercise Science. My prior training experience includes working in a Physical Therapy clinic, working with adults with disabilities, working in a martial arts gym, working in a CrossFit gym, and currently as a Sports Medicine Chiropractor working primarily with athletes and soft tissue injuries.

My typically process for working with a new student is to begin with an initial evaluation that give us a change to go over your goals of personal training, timeline for reaching these goals, and any barriers we may have to overcome.
These goals may include weight loss, increasing muscle tone, beginning a new workout regimen or having a personal trainer to check in daily and hold them accountable for exercising.
Barriers could include access to a gym or materials, weather that could hinder outdoor activities, work or family obligations that may create a road block.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Great questions to ask via your first request or at our initial evaluation:
- What are you goals for fitness (weight loss, speed agility, overall fitness, need extra movement in your life)?
-What do you expect from me (3 week workout plan, daily workouts together, lists of things to buy and create a plan to workout at home, nutritional advice)?
-How long do you want to see me for (1 month, 6 months until a wedding, until a certain weight is achieved, until gyms open back up)?

My standard pricing will include a complimentary 30 minute virtual evaluation. If you and I feel that we create reasonable goals, use the appropriate exercise materials, and work together by creating an exercise plan then I will discuss pricing after the evaluation is completed.
