The first step with anyone interested in working with us, through personal training sessions or group classes, is to sit down and chat about what they are looking for. From there we develop a program built on full body wellness (exercise, nutrition, reducing stress, sleep patterns, hydration, etc) to help them achieve these goals.
We have worked with 20 year old college students, former collegiate athletes, 70 year old grandmothers, cancer survivors, former smokers, knee and hip replacement recipients, couples looking to get in shape together, pre- and post-partum moms looking to get in shape / back in shape before / after giving birth to their little one, and everyone in between.
We are willing to work with anyone, mainly because we have worked with athletes or all ages and athletic abilities. We are always honest and upfront about the work and consistency that will be required in order to achieve goals. We will never guarantee any shortcuts to your success, and we would always encourage others to be weary of trainers who do.
A few months back we had a member join us who was looking to lose weight and quit smoking. In the three months since he has been with us he has increased his endurance capacity, dropped 15 pounds, cut his smoking in half, and is working with our nutrition counselor to further clean up his diet so he can continue to see fantastic results.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The number one question every athlete should ask themselves is: what am I looking to get out of working with a personal trainer? When they have determined that, then working backwards to get them there is the first step towards being successful.

Details
Our personal training pricing is $60/session typically bought in 5 or 10 packs. And these sessions are scheduled between the trainer and the athlete to ensure that they sessions are utilized in a convenient time frame for both parties.
