About Jimmy
I want to help set goals with everyone I come in contact with to be able to set the path to success.
I enjoy being able to help others reach a goal and making sure they get there. That's the legacy I want to have.
I started on my own fitness journey when I was a sophomore in college and wanted to learn more about how I can help myself. Then, I wanted to take what I had learned and help others while I can.
I am currently a Certified Personal Trainer through NCSF and ISSA. I am working on obtaining my certifications through NASM for: Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise.

Loved working with Jimmy! I was home from school for the summer and Jimmy helped me make workout plans and introduced me to new workouts to ensure I was getting the best lift for the body type I was striving to achieve. Very helpful tips for both lifting and nutrition. Would definitely recommend!
I worked with Jimmy on what would be the best way to lose weight. He was very welcoming and a really nice guy. He gave me great advice and always pushed me because he knew I could do better. I am thankful to have worked with him, and I am seeing awesome results!
Jimmy was a super cool guy! He was always making me more familiar with the equipment and exercises,and making sure I knew exactly where I was supposed to feel each exercise so that I was getting the best lift I could. He helped with weightlifting plans and cardio and emphasized the importance of each individually. Would definitely recommend him!
