About Adam
I am unique in my hands on - experience centered approach to working with my team.
I was born with cerebral palsy; was bullied; became severely overweight; lost over 100 lbs; worked as a firefighter; and after working for Equinox started my own wellness company that focuses on weight loss, personal training, and life coaching.
I am a licensed personal trainer, nutrition coach, and Life Coach with a Masters Degree in Psychology.
ACSM certified and licensed with a MS in Psychology
