About Masi
Upright Fitness, LLC is a fitness studio in San Ramon, CA. We offer specialized training for all your fitness needs, including toning of the body, weight loss, muscle gain, and strength training. We will help you achieve your fitness goals, regardless of what they may be. Whether you need help putting together a meal plan or improve any other area of your fitness, we will guide you every step of the way. All of our trainers are certified in personal training and CPR. We follow a hands-on approach, ensuring that our clients know that they always have our full support
I enjoy working with people and being part of their health and fitness journey. It's a speical feeling when not only helping someone to improve their life, but to see more confidence in them and ultimately being happier.

We first conduct a health and fitness consultation either in person or over the phone to not only discuss goals but to get a strong understanding of the individual's history, both in exercise and nutirition. Based on their experience, being a novice or well-experienced, we'll set a plan that works best for that individual, taking into account their unique lifestyle, schedule, body type and genetics.
