About Jay
The ways I stand out is that I keep it lively every second, and that I come up with a realistic routine that challenges my clients to help achieve their goals safely and at a reasonable time.
I love seeing people working hard and giving everything they got to achieve their goals while having fun. I enjoy giving people honest information and telling them what is essential.
I started out doing Mix Martial Arts for over five years and one day, my teacher asked if I could come in to teach two beginners classes as a favor. I took up the offer and from there on I fell in love with training others. I did my research and studied for the National Academy of Sports Medicine exam and also did everything I need to do to become a trainer.
I've retrieve my training through The National Academy of Sports Medicine, I've also trained at Fitness 19, Planet Fitness, Life Time and LA Fitness before I started working for myself.

First, I obtain information about any physical disabilities or any past injuries, and what kind of occupation the client has. Secondly, what their fitness goals are, and eating habits. Lastly, what their avaibility may be then set up a weekly schedule on when to meet up and where.
When I first started training at my first gym, most if not all of my clients were clients with muscle imbalances, or need help getting started with a general fitness routine.
Anyone that is wanting to get into a healthier life style need to keep in mind that they need to pace themselves into that transition.
I'm happy to say that I can offer my services to my community without having to intrude on my morals and what I know is right.

Details
My prices start out at $45 for an one hour session.
For each referral that purchases 2 sessions, the client recieve a free complimentary session.
For group training, it will be $35 per person for an one hour session. Space will be limited bases on location.
