About Charles
I have gone to a university and two colleges, where I have studied photography. I learned under the tutoridge of three different photography masters, have been published numerous times, shoot 300+ weddings, done spot news, worked for 5 different photo studios, and have a total of 50+ years of experience, having sold my first photo to the newspaper in 1969 (yeah, I guess that makes me pretty old, but I did this for a living during a time when you did not have a little picture of the photo you took on the back of the camera. No, I worked during a time when you have x number of rolls of film to cover an assignment, and you had to know that you got the shot within the first two shots, with no little window on the back to let you know that you did the right thing. You had to KNOW that you got the shot. That's how a pro today should be able to shoot, knowing that he or she got the shot. I'm a bit on the tough side, but within a few months you will know what you need to know to be a good photographer to be sure.
