David is an amazing pianist and a gifted teacher. His ability to play and teach by ear is unmatched, and he quickly passes that skill on to his students. He teaches you more than just how to play a song. He teaches you the fundamental structure and patterns in music, letting you learn and play any piece you want. David is a phenomenal pianist and an amazing teacher. His ability to play and teach by ear is unmatched. He will teach you the structure and patterns in music that will allow you to play almost any song. Highly recommend for both children and adults!

David is the absolute best! As an adult, among the number of things I’ve always wanted to do, singing seemed intriguing yet challenging. I signed up for an online piano class with a hope to learn to sing. It was not until I joined a Christmas choir and mentioned my interest to David that I really began to learn to play the piano and sing along with the right pitch, timing and tune. David’s music is not only soulful but fascinating in that he can make even a simple tune sound marvelous. As a teacher he is patient, kind and encouraging, allowing his students to shine while loving the art of playing the piano. I have grown to love both singing and playing the piano. It is an exhilarating feeling which also gives me peace and joy. I am grateful and honored to recommend David for his piano teaching prowess.

I have know David since 2007 and have collaborated with him on several occassions relating to music. Rarely does one come across musical skill and talent such as the one David posseses. It has always been a pleasure not only to work with him, but to just listen to him play the piano. Undoubtedly a man with exceptional musical skills.

Music is an experience. You feel the highs, lows, happiness and sadness that flows through the tunes, beats and pauses. This is generally appreciated when a talented and experienced musician is able to communicate the message of the tune to the audience. That is the magic in David’s music. He is versatile with every piece while managing to keep the tunes melodious. His talent coupled with his patience and kindness towards his students, encouraging them to learn with interest and excitement, leads me to recommend him to anyone interested in learning the piano without the pressure of learning an instrument.
