About Merve
I'm a musician and SFX designer who has played and taught violin/piano for over a decade. I have a Bachelor's degree in music performance and a Master's in Sound effects design. I prepared my students for the Royal Academy of Music exams and solo performances in the past.
Right now, I'm playing at the Cal State LA University Orchestra and providing group & private lessons. I'm also a co-founding member of the EVA String Quartet, a female string quartet performing classical and Turkish music arrangements.
I believe anyone can learn how to play an instrument, and I am here to teach you music no matter what level or age you are, whether in the comfort of your own home or via Zoom :)
