Shlomo has been Piano teacher to my two sons since their elementary years. They are in middle/ high school now and continues their piano classes. They enjoy their class. Shlomo and boys adopted well into zoom Piano class during pandemic. I would recommend Shlomo in heartbeat to anyone looking for piano teacher. His teaching style is personalized with each student’s interest and he uses games to keep small children engaged in music lessons.

Shlomo teaches me not only techniques but to make phrases and tones uniquely beautiful and expressive. In turn, I leaned how to express myself through music. I realized this is a wonderful thing, not just passively following the instructions, but actively interact the learning, which makes me want to learn more!! Thus, lessons are fun and real pleasure, never overbearing. He is the teacher who could augment individual's talent and character while having fun. I really appreciate his teaching and could recommend him to anybody, from small children to adult beginners like me. Love you, Shlomo as a teacher!

My 7-year-old has been studying with Shlomo for almost two years. He looks forward to his lessons all week and practices happily each day. Shlomo is such an incredible teacher and he incorporates so many fun activities in the lesson that my child is completely engaged in the lesson and in learning musical theory. Thanks to Shlomo’s creative lessons, my child has a keen interest in music. He loves to improvise on the piano and he can hear music in his head and play it. He also fully understands basic music theory and enjoys spelling out chords in their various inversions, especially when they include double sharps and flats.

We have been working with Shlomo for the last 3 yrs. He is an excellent teacher, very patient with my son and genuinely cares about wanting him to learn. My son has learned, progressed and has developed a passion for Piano. Shlomo is one of the best teachers we have had and he is an even better human being!

I have two boys who have taken lessons for the past 4 years with Shlomo. They are different ages and ability levels, and Shlomo easily adapts to their strengths and abilities. Especially, he let my boys choose the songs they are interested to learn and he goes by students interest rather than following old school techniques.

Shlomo does a great job picking songs that the kids love and working them through the harder parts of learning piano. He uses innovative strategies that include tactical tools like legos all the way to online music composition and rhythm skill programs--very creative and thoughtful in his approach. He's professional, reliable and a real gem! He's worked with my school-aged kids for a couple years now and we are hooked!
