I’m a Boston qualified marathon runner and running coach who offers 1:1 customized training plans for athletes of all levels. Whether you’re just starting out, training for a 5k, marathon, or going for a PR, I want to help you reach your goals!
I know that training is more than just following a plan, so I strategize positive self talk and supportive activities and behaviors that assist in overall wellness.
I’m also a holistic nutrition coach, NASM personal trainer, and STOTT Pilates instructor.
