About Heather
NOW SCHEDULING FOR WEEKDAYS MARCH 30- APRIL 10.
Spindle & Seam was born from sharing my life long passions of sewing and knitting with my elementary students. In class, we read a book about kittens who knit for their families at night. When I told them they could learn, they were mesmerized. The Sneaky Kitten Knitting Club started the next week. We have so much fun bonding and creating friendships during our after school stitching time!
Specializing in teaching young students textile arts, I enjoy students if all ages from 6 to 166! Please contact me for details.

Depending on age and student experience, we will start with a quick, easy and desireable project for instant gratification. This creates a sense of accomplishment and encourages students to continue their knitting or sewing journey. Next projects are decided on together; incorporating new stitches and skills.
