About Jonah
I have been skateboarding for almost 15 years and worked as an After School Skateboarding Teacher as well as a Youth Skateboarding Summer Camp for the past two years prior to the pandemic. Both were held at Jameslick Middleschool in SF. (Instagram: @jameslick_sk8club) For more.
It is no understatement that I absolutely love skateboarding; Like I said I've been skateboarding for almost 15 years now and it has been everything to me from an impassioned hobby to an escapism, artistic creative expression, a form of therapy or even just a way to stay physically active. The feeling of freedom it brings and the blend of art and sport is what i love about it and passing on even a small amount of that to someone else is one of the most rewarding things for me.

I have typically worked with youth from grades 5-8 as well as a couple third graders; However being a skateboarder I have given tips to others of varying age groups and experience levels. You're never too young or too old to learn something new and have fun doing it!
