About Aimee
I already have experience in tutoring online throughout university therefore I understand that a personalised approach to learning is the best. Just reading notes is not enough for some people. I go into my lessons well prepared with exam practice questions ready to test the student (with my guidance to ensure that they are doing the questions correctly) as I find that this is the best way to ensure that students remember information from their course but if this is not appropriate, due to my own experience in these subjects, I am equipped to cater to the student as necessary. I would like to offer tutoring for students studying at GCSE, National 5 or Higher level. My time at the University of Edinburgh and my own studies well equips me for this role. A typical lesson time would be one hour however, I also offer 45 minutes and a longer time if necessary.

I am an experienced tutor studying my undergraduate degree at the University of Edinburgh. I am passionate about the subjects I tutor in and want my pupils to gain a great enjoyment and understanding of these subjects as this is key to achieving great grades. At school I loved Politics and Modern Studies, however, I found the content sometimes difficult to remember. With the right support from my own tutors I excelled in the subject. This inspired me to continue my studies, studying Politics and Social Policy MA at Edinburgh University.
