Truly have enjoyed watching our daughter become a more advanced swimmer under Jeff's instruction. Great teacher who packs a lot of hands on information in the lessons and follows that up with detailed video analysis that is easy to understand and apply the next time she is in the pool. We always look forward to swim sessions with Jeff and can't wait to see her future progression as a competitive swimmer.

Jeff is the best swimming coach I've ever met! He is very enthusiastic, professional, and patient. He takes underwater videos to show my son how he swims. That is amazing! The power of video is incredibly impactful, and the detailed illustration is very helpful. Under his guidance, my son' swimming got significantly improved! We are so happy to have Jeff being our coach!

Jeff is very organized and a pleasure to work with.

Jeff Gross is a dedicated and very experienced coach

Jeff Gross was my daughter’s first swim coach at the age of 10 years old. She swam with Jeff for 4 years and only stopped swimming with him because he spent some time in Hong Kong. She learned all her basic skills in addition to the great coaching from Jeff to improve her areas of weakness. She is now 19 and headed to 2020 Nationals and 2020 Summer Olympic Trials. Thank you Jeff for all you did to help Abbey be the best that she can be. When she first started out, we didn’t dream she could become so good. She was a very weak swimmer. Through your impressive coaching and mental motivation, you have been instrumental in getting her to where she is today.

Coach Jeff excels at developing swimmers' self-motivation. He sees swimmers' potential and motivates them to push their own limits. He pays attention to every detail on technical skills to help swimmers improving performance. While coaching swimming, Jeff also builds up friendship with swimmers. He creates a positive atmosphere which everyone enjoys being challenged.

Jeff is a very dynamic coach that breaks down the elements of each stroke to help athletes understand proper technique. He is purposeful about the drill progression that he uses with swimmers and constantly gives productive feedback during lessons. His positive attitude and excitement on the pool deck is contagious and motivates his swimmers to excel.
