About Lisa
I love helping people connect and appreciate their bodies. I achieve this through breathing techniques, meditation, and movement. I specialize in helping people who train martial arts prevent injury, increase flexibility and focus on their goals.
I enjoy seeing the change in energy and mood after a class in my students. I believe there is magic in intentional movement, meditation, and breath work. I love helping people feel better!
I've practiced yoga and meditation for 15 years. I was drawn and motivated to share the peace I cultivated with my practice. I came to truly love and appreciate myself and my body and I want others to feel the same.
I've been teaching studio and private classes for two years and I love it more every day!

After initial contact I ask students what their goals are. I ask how their body feels and if they are working with any injuries. I also ask what their skill level is; beginner, intermediate, or advanced. After I've gathered this information, I design a sequence that will help heal injury and increase wellness.
Beginners, wiser students (55+), athletes, intermediate and advanced students.
