About Ginny
Every client brings a smile to my face. I enjoy meeting every student and helping each one grow and learn, whether academically, or physically. I also love helping clients obtain their personal goals.
Academics - I began teaching out of what seems a innate desire to help others learn and develop their skills and passions. I have always loved teaching!
Yoga - I have been looking for research based movement classes that facilitate physical, cognitive, and emotional growth and regulation. Yoga, particularly this hammock yoga, serves all these purposes. And it is great fun!
BA Education, MA Early Childhood Development, PhD in Neuromotor Control and Cognition, MSU
Certified in Hammock Yoga
200 RYI
Trained in Somatic Movement, Reflex integration, Trauma Informed Yoga for Youth, Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, Mindfulness and Trauma Certified.
