About Lisa
I teach a style of yoga called Prime of Life especially suited for people 40 and over. It is a safe and conservative style that makes yoga comfortable for everyone. I am also a wellness coach and my custom classes are designed to suit the individual and where they are at in the moment moving toward reaching their goals.
I enjoy seeing that glow of peace and calm on my students faces as well as helping others reach their health and fitness goals
I am a E-RYT (experienced registered yoga teacher) with the yoga alliance and levels one and two training in Prime of Life Yoga.
I also completed the wellcoach training and can help you achieve your healthy lifestyle goals.

I begin with a short phone conversation to get a feel for what the client wants to get out of the class. The first session begins with a assessment and discovering what the clients overall goals are as well as what they want to achieve that day. Some examples are...
1.Preparing for a group class
2. Designing a home program
3. Ongoing custom classes to achieve overall goals

Gentle yoga with Lisa was perfect for a "newbie" to yoga. I can't wait to go back! Lisa was helpful in positioning me correctly and her soft voice added to the overall experience.
Love everything about Bee Cave Yoga! Lisa is both a professional and very skilled yoga teacher! I attend her Prime of Life 1 hour lesson and wouldn't miss it for anything! It is my day to take care of me! I highly recommend Bee Cave Yoga!
