About Danielle
I'm a yoga teacher!
With over 400 hours of yoga teacher training (most recent certification through the world-renowned YogaWorks program) and a background as a mental health therapist, I offer private yoga sessions that support both body and mind. My teaching blends thoughtful movement and breath awareness to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your personal practice, I’ll meet you exactly where you are!
I started teaching after quitting a corporate finance job in NYC!
I have 400 hours (2 trainings at the 200 hour level) of teacher training and am always continuing my education. I am also a graduate student in family therapy where I learn mental wellness and mindfulness from a different lens.
