Personalized yoga suited for exactly what I needed!

Helped me get over a breakup and learned how to feel happy on my own.

Coaching on self love, focus and healthy living. Can’t go wrong with Ally!

I love working with Ally. I do over the phone coaching with her. She has taught me so much. I’ve created a balanced schedule to follow with her. She has helped me with my confidence, I’ve added ancient meditation and cleansing practices that have helped with my anxiety. She’s so loving and kind. She taught me that yoga is so much more than asanas.

I wanted personalized attention because I was a little shy to go into a yoga studio as a beginner. She is so kind, warm and gentle. She made me feel safe and comfortable and I love working with her.

Alyssa is a teacher who puts so much love into her practice. She wants to see you as the best version of yourself. She is well versed in many areas including yoga, meditation, mindset, health and building a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Give her a go, you will not regret it.
