About Jonah
I am a graduate from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids Michigan with a bachelor's in English writing. I worked for three years at the writing center helping countless students succeed with their academic writing. I also worked privately helping students of all ages. I have a flexible schedule and a passion for helping others discover their own voice through writing.

My teaching approach is fundamentally based in empathy and understanding where each student is coming from. Writing is a beautiful act of self expression that can be very difficult to realize. Because of this, I always try to create a safe environment in which writing skills and techniques can be explored without judgement in order for creativity to flourish.
