About Lina
I am an experienced meditator of 23 years, Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga Instructor for over 5 years and have taught Yoga therapy through the lens of Ayurveda in India. I have extensive experience working with individuals trying to heal, go deeper in their spiritual journey or simply connect to their bodies through movement. I am empathetic and attuned to energy which allows me to guide people with professionalism and also compassion.
