Certified Yoga Therapist and Instructor with 7 years of teaching experience.
Expertise in leading workshops, retreats, yoga therapy programs, private lessons, and group classes (both online and offline).
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA Yoga University.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute.

Asanas and Stretching: Focusing on proper alignment and posture.
Flow and Vinyasa Yoga: Building strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Hatha Yoga: Exploring traditional techniques for balance and well-being.
Pranayama: Breathing exercises to energize and calm the mind.
Therapeutic and Disease-Oriented Yoga: Customized for specific health needs.
Relaxation Techniques: Cooling practices, and shavasana for complete relaxation.
My goal is to provide a holistic yoga experience that supports mental, physical, and emotional well-being while ensuring a safe and enjoyable practice.
