I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with 4 years of experience teaching personal and group classes. My lessons are suitable for all levels and ages, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, and I offer instruction in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Sanskrit. My goal is to foster confidence, balance, and holistic wellness in every student. Whether you seek gentle stretching, deeper practice, or stress relief, lessons are always tailored to your goals and progress, ensuring a safe, effective, and enjoyable experience.
