About Meriah
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and an Associate Yoqi Qigong Instructor with a deep passion for supporting health and well-being. Understanding that what we put into our bodies directly influences our energy, I combine my love of great food with the wisdom of Qigong to help others cultivate balance, vitality, and inner harmony. I am also certified as an AromaTouch practitioner, using Certified Tested Pure Grade essential oils on the back and on the feet to bring homeostasis to the body. This treatment is done in-person in Calgary. Qigong is at the heart of my practice, offering a powerful way to enhance mood, boost energy, and promote overall wellness. When not teaching or cooking up something delicious, you can find me enjoying my favorite pastime—walking her dog, Gertie, at the off-leash park!

Hi, thanks for checking me out! I am a certified Yoqi Associate Qigong Instructor and have been teaching regularly for the past year. I currently have online group classes as well as teach in-person classes at a local healing center. I enjoy teaching seasonal Qigong as the seasons very much correlate to our Yin organs. If you happen to be working with an Acupuncturist or TCM doctor, I can also tailor Qigong flows to complement their treatments which is very helpful. My Qigong class very much tells a story ... for every movement and flow that I guide you into, I will tell you why we are doing it and how it is affecting your energy or Qi. Qigong Flow has five phases that we use in most classes: Attune, Purge, Tonify, Grow, and Circulate. We work with the organs, the meridians, and even the aura and Wei Qi. My classes are fun and relaxed and always leave you feeling better than when you started!
