About Lucy
I am an Economics tutor with 5 years of experience, and I have taught more than 300 students from school to university levels. I focus on making Economics simple, clear, and connected to real life. My teaching philosophy is based on flexibility, strong communication, and understanding each student’s needs. I help learners build confidence through step-by-step explanations, practical examples, and regular practice. Many of my students have improved their grades, completed challenging assignments, and gained a deeper interest in the subject. I am committed to helping every student succeed.

My teaching approach in Economics is built on clarity, real-world examples, and strong communication. I teach core subjects like Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Development Economics, Public Finance, International Economics, and Financial Economics. I break complex ideas into simple parts and use everyday situations to explain theories, graphs, and models.
Flexibility is at the center of my sessions—I adjust my pace and style to match each student’s needs. With empathy, I listen carefully to their challenges and create a safe space where they can ask questions freely. I motivate students by setting small, achievable goals and helping them track their progress with accountability.
My methodology includes interactive discussions, problem-solving tasks, practice questions, and guided assignment support. I also use past papers and data-based examples to strengthen exam preparation. My aim is to build confidence, analytical thinking, and a deeper understanding of how Economics works in real life.
