Welcome to My English Lessons! With my experience in academic mentorship programmes, I've developed a teaching style that's fun, personal, and effective. Here's how I make that happen: It's All About You I get to know each of my students personally. What do you love? What challenges you? I use this to create lessons that work for YOU, just like I did in my previous mentorship roles. Let's Make English Exciting Bored by textbooks? Me too! We'll use interactive quizzes and discuss interesting topics from current events or your favourite books. More Than Just Exams Sure, we'll prep for the 11+ exam. But I want you to fall in love with English too. Confidence is Key We'll practise together until you feel like a pro. My mentorship background has taught me how to build student confidence effectively. Tech-Savvy Learning We'll use online platforms like Zoom for our lessons. Don't worry if you're new to this – I'll guide you through it. We'll also use interactive whiteboards and collaborative writing tools to make our online sessions engaging and productive.
