With 27 years in education, leadership, inspection, and EdTech, I help students achieve real progress through supportive, personalised online tutoring. My approach to tutoring is highly personal, supportive, and student-centred. I believe students learn best when they feel confident, challenged, and genuinely understood. Every lesson is adapted to the individual learner’s goals, level, and preferred learning style.
I use a structured but flexible methodology that combines guided practice, discussion, critical thinking, targeted feedback, and real-world communication. For IELTS, ESL, AP Seminar, and academic English, I focus on building confidence, fluency, analytical skills, and independent learning habits rather than memorisation alone.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes online, though longer sessions can be arranged for exam preparation or intensive study.
I have 27 years of experience in senior education, department leadership, school inspection, and EdTech. I am CELTA qualified and experienced in teaching international students across a wide range of abilities and backgrounds.
My lessons are suitable for teenagers, university students, and adult learners, from intermediate English learners to advanced academic and professional levels.
