About Julie
As a dedicated and highly qualified educator, I am committed to helping every student reach their full academic potential. I believe that confidence is the foundation of success in mathematics, and my role as a tutor is not only to teach content, but to build strong understanding, independence, and self-belief.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Science for Primary Education and a Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus on Mathematics. My academic background, combined with practical classroom experience, allows me to support students at different levels and adapt instruction to their individual needs.
My goal is simple: to help students move from uncertainty to confidence, from memorizing to truly understanding, and from hesitation to independent problem-solving.

My Approach to Tutoring
I believe every child can succeed in mathematics with the right guidance, structure, and encouragement. My teaching approach is student-centered, supportive, and highly structured to build both understanding and confidence.

Typical Lesson Structure & Length
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and include:

Longer sessions (90 minutes) are available for exam preparation or intensive support.
