About Alisha
I am a committed and detail-oriented tutor with a strong academic foundation and a sincere interest in student development. Currently in my undergraduate studies, I have consistently performed well in English and Business Studies, which has given me both subject mastery and the ability to explain complex ideas in simple, structured ways. Over the last few years, I have gained practical tutoring experience with school and college students, guiding them through board syllabi, internal assessments, and competitive exam requirements. My teaching style is adaptive: I begin by understanding each student’s current level, learning pace, and specific challenges, and then I tailor my lessons accordingly. In English, I emphasize grammar fundamentals, writing skills, comprehension strategies, and spoken communication so that students become confident users of the language. In Business Studies, I break down theoretical concepts, link them to practical business scenarios, and train students to answer case-based and application-oriented questions effectively. I place great importance on regular practice, timely feedback, and doubt resolution, ensuring that no concept remains unclear. My classes are interactive and disciplined, encouraging students to participate actively, ask questions freely, and take ownership of their learning. Alongside academic improvement, I also focus on building good study habits, time management, and exam strategies that reduce stress and improve performance. My ultimate aim is to help students not only achieve higher marks but also develop lasting confidence and a positive attitude towards learning. Through patience, clarity, and consistent support, I strive to make every session productive and meaningful for each learner.

The online method uses live, interactive video classes conducted through platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Each session is one-to-one or in a very small batch, so the tutor can give focused attention, explain concepts clearly, and address doubts immediately. Classes are supported by digital study material, shared notes, and recorded sessions (if available), allowing students to revise at their own pace. Timings are flexible and can be fixed weekly or adjusted as per the student’s schedule, making it convenient for school/college learners to attend from home without travel.
