About Kavya
Since 2008, I've practiced and taught Yoga. As a professional dancer with an MA in Mental Health Counseling and Dance/Movement Therapy. I continue to study Indian philosophy in Sanskrit to deepen my understanding of spiritual wellness and inform my sessions.
