About Muhammad Farhan
I am a Mathematics tutor with over 15 years of teaching experience, helping students develop strong concepts and confidence in Mathematics.
My teaching journey started with O Level and A Level Mathematics, and later expanded to university-level subjects including Calculus, Statistics, and Engineering Mathematics. I have taught students from different academic backgrounds while living and teaching in Turkey.
I believe Mathematics is not about memorizing formulas; it is about understanding concepts and learning how to solve problems logically. My goal is to make difficult topics simple, clear, and easier to apply.
I teach Cambridge (CAIE), Edexcel, IGCSE, GCSE, O Level, A Level, and university students through personalized one-to-one online lessons.
As an Industrial Engineering graduate from Istanbul Bilgi University, I bring analytical thinking and structured problem-solving into my teaching approach. Every lesson is designed according to the student’s level, goals, and learning pace.
My aim is not only to help students achieve better grades but also to build the confidence and skills they need to succeed in Mathematics.

Why do some students consistently achieve excellent results in Mathematics while others keep struggling despite studying for hours?
In my experience, the difference is rarely intelligence. It is almost always the quality of teaching.
For over 15 years, I have helped students transform Mathematics from a subject they fear into one they genuinely understand. My teaching journey began with O Level and A Level Mathematics and later expanded to university-level Calculus, Engineering Mathematics, Statistics, and other advanced mathematics courses while teaching students from diverse academic backgrounds in Turkey.
My philosophy is simple: never memorize what you can understand.
Every lesson is built around clear concepts, logical thinking, and systematic problem-solving. Instead of asking students to remember formulas mechanically, I explain where they come from, why they work, and how to apply them confidently in unfamiliar questions. This approach not only improves grades but also develops the analytical thinking skills needed for higher education.

As a graduate in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Bilgi University, I combine academic knowledge with practical problem-solving methods. Mathematics is not simply about obtaining the correct answer. It is about learning how to think with precision, confidence, and logic. That is exactly what I strive to develop in every student.
My online classes are conducted one-to-one through Zoom or Google Meet using a digital whiteboard, allowing every lesson to be interactive, organized, and easy to follow. Students receive my full attention, regular guidance, continuous feedback, and a learning environment where questions are always encouraged.
