I'm a Sport Scientist and NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. I have over 12 years coaching experience helping a huge range of people from general population clients to amateur and elite level athletes. I help people push their limits and reach their goals whether that's improving general quality of life or performance goals. I have worked with athletes from a range of sports including swimming, running, boxing, tennis and netball.
I'm a keen competitive athlete myself previously competing in tennis, running and swimming and most recently representing England in boxing.
I offer online and in person boxing sessions, personal training and strength and conditioning sessions. Sessions are typically from 30 to 60 minutes in duration depending on your needs. The sessions are planned around the individual requirements and goals which will be discussed in the first session and we will then make a challenging but fun plan to work towards those goals. I can also offer nutrition advice alongside the physical training.
