About Jesse
I am a graduate of the MFA Creative Writing program at CalArts. I taught freshman composition to classes and individuals who need help with academic and persuasive essays. I've also guided students through the process of writing short and long form fiction, as well as book design and self-publishing tools.

I always start by learning about a student's individual aspirations and strengths, aas well as the unique way in which they learn. Many methods of teaching writing are based on some archaic ideas, and in the world of modern writing, it is so vital to bring out the individual voice of a student, in an academic or a creative setting.
