About YC
Teaching chess has always been a passion of mine, and I find it incredibly rewarding to see kids develop a genuine love for the game! As a FIDE Candidate Master with a 2200+ rating, I have participated in many international tournaments, gaining valuable experience that I now share with my students. I feel great satisfaction watching them grow, improve their skills, and succeed in tournaments.
I am also currently a 2nd year Physics PhD student at the University of Warwick.

In the first lesson, I will perform an assessment on the student strength for better lesson personalised design. In my chess lessons, I focus on opening preparation, puzzle exercises, and endgame practice. I mainly taught kids to help them develop a strong interest in chess, build confidence and improve their chess skills through engaging and fun activities.
