About Martha
As a final year student at university I have been able to learn a lot on my degree especially as someone who struggled in school with standardised formats within teaching. Now having learnt what has helped me I aim to apply that for others to promote the joy a subject can bring when it is taught routinely in schools

Rather than focusing on extrinsic motivations such as grading and scholarly achievement I prefer to work intrinsically, creating motivation and setting goals that will help fulfil the individuals personal goals that can help build self-confidence and determination. I will also make sure I learn with you reading the texts that you present me with allowing for open discussions on the topics at hand!
