I am in my final year at the Guildhall school Of Music And Drama studying a degree in Jazz Vocals with Clarinet as my second study. I have played the clarinet for 16 years and have been singing for 8 years. I have also been playing the piano for 10 years and have achieved grades in music theory.

I tailor my teaching to fit with each student's learning style. I ensure that my students learn the proper technique when singing or playing, in order to not harm their vocal chords. I also use a mix of practical yet fun exercises when learning music theory to keep my students engaged.
I use ear training exercises as I believe relying on the ear is very important in performance. I set specific goals for each of my students, whether it is learning a new piece or scale, which we will regularly review these goals and adjust according to progress. I also encourage musicians to explore their musicality and express themselves when performing, I do this by introducing exercises to help their confidence as performance in front of an audience is an important part of music.
I have extensive experience as a teacher. I have privately taught one to one and taught big groups.
My typical lesson length is 60 minutes.
- I can teach any age and level for Voice, mainly focusing on pop, jazz and musical theatre.
- I can also teach any age and level for Clarinet, achieving all of my grades in this instrument.
- I can teach any age and up to grade 6 Piano.
- I can teach any age and level in music theory.
