Syllabus includes: Simple and compound capitalization, discount operations, annuities (PV or FV), foreign currency operations, bonds, NPV and IRR, payback, net cost rate, total financial cost, CAPM, portfolio return and risk, beta, capital structure (leveraged and unleveraged beta, WACC), valuation of investment projects, among others. I'm from Argentina so I speak native Spanish I use an iPad with Apple Pencil to teach the lessons
