I often feel the orthodox teaching methods are quite outdated, its like leaving in a time when we soo will be able to fly to mars but our methods and teaching are still like horse carriage. I like to bring in examples & adaptations of 21st century and make the teaching as pragmatic, practical & real world based as possible. And i strongly believe everyone can learn well if teacher gets frequency at which student can learn and that is my focus area.
