About Tristen
I’m a 21-year-old full-time college student with a 9-to-5 job. If anyone understands the challenge of staying consistent with fitness goals, it’s me. I’ve been training at my hometown gym four to six times a week since I turned 15. Over the years, I’ve made every mistake possible—and if you let me guide you, I’ll help you learn from those mistakes so you never have to make them yourself.
