About Nigel
My name is Nigel Muter and I am a painter and teacher based in the UK. My journey has taken me through the art education system into teaching and professional practice. Having exhibited internationally and worked in various schools and colleges, I have a wealth of experience to draw upon. A professional educator for 15 years, I enjoy working with students at all levels and ages.

Lessons can be arranged for a group or on an individual one to one basis. A specific learning plan is developed for each student and growth plan mapped out. Techniques and skills are demonstrated live, allowing for questions along the way and learning to progress at a comfortable pace. Sessions last from 1 - 2 hours with students informed of materials required in advance.
Fully qualified in fine art with BA Hons from Central St. Martins, teaching qualified PGCE and assessor qualified. International experience teaching at school, college and mature stages with successful track record of achievement.
